St. Peter's Church

St. Peter's Church

Welcome to St Peter’s Titchfield, the oldest church in Hampshire, where Christians have been coming to worship God for more than 1300 years.  Link to a short video on the history of St Peter’s Church.

The Church of England Diocese of Portsmouth covers 133 parishes across south-east Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. It embraces areas from the heart of urban Portsmouth to the rolling hills of the South Downs. Our churches range from beautiful historic Saxon and Norman buildings to modern, purpose-built centres.

We are a small, friendly village where you will find a couple of convenience stores, a Post Office, a Chemist, Butchers, Jewellers, Antiques Emporium, Hairdressers, Travel Agents, Estate Agents, two Churches, an historic ruin, a Village School, a vibrant Community Centre, some great Pubs and our own theatre.  So why not pay us a visit?

Titchfield Community Centre

As well as hosting lots of regular groups and activities, the Centre offers a range of attractive, versatile and affordable rooms for hire, whether it be for a christening, wedding reception, anniversary, children’s party or special birthday – including 18th and 21st parties. We’d be delighted to talk to you about your requirements.

The Titchfield Village Trust (TVT) was setup to enable all residents to suggest and enact ways of improving the facilities in the village. All are welcome at the General meetings held 3 times a year in the Parish Rooms at 7.30pm on the dates published.

Welcome to the website of the charity The Earl of Southampton Trust.  We’re here to assist people in need and to have a positive impact on their lives.
